In Chris' free time, he enjoys playing piano & guitar, cooking, spending time outdoors and traveling

Chris earned a B.S. in Biology & a minor in Chemistry & Psychology from the University of Denver

In 2022, Chris became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He continues his passion for fitness, nutrition and human performance through continuing education​
